This is part of a Building Race Equity and Diversity (BREaD) research network seminar.

The network is designed to promote greater racial equity, diversity and inclusion in research across of our health and education institutions. In addition to lived experience research ambassadors, BREaD brings together several key stakeholders including: South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust; King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust; Guys & St Thomas’ Hospital NHS Foundation Trust; King’s Health Partners; Psychosis Clinical Academic Group; Behavioural and Developmental Disorders Clinical Academic Group; Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Applied Research Collaboration South London; NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre; King’s Clinical Research Facility. and the NIHR South London Regional Research Delivery Network . Key stakeholders also comprise community partner organisations (e.g. Croydon BME Forum, Black Thrive, Caribbean & African Health Network).
